Chef Requirements:
- Certificate III or IV in commercial cookery or similar
- Demonstrated culinary expertise.
- Proven leadership, inspiration, and supervision to kitchen personnel.
- Development and implementation imaginative menus
- Effective organizational and communication proficiencies.
- Controlling food procurement, waste and cost management, and inventory control.
- Maintain impeccable standards of food safety and sanitation.
- Previous experience in catering, hospitality or food process work.
- Outstanding customer service aptitude and collaborative skills.
- A proactive and effective approach to assigned responsibilities.
- Ensure flawless adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Keen eye for detail and adeptness in fast-paced settings
