Chef Requirements:

• Certificate III or IV in commercial cookery or similar
• Demonstrated culinary expertise.
• Proven leadership, inspiration, and supervision to kitchen personnel.
• Development and implementation imaginative menus
• Effective organizational and communication proficiencies.
• Controlling food procurement, waste and cost management, and inventory control.
• Maintain impeccable standards of food safety and sanitation.

Catering Assistant Requirements:

• Previous experience in catering, hospitality or food process work.
• Outstanding customer service aptitude and collaborative skills.
• A proactive and effective approach to assigned responsibilities.
• Ensure flawless adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Keen eye for detail and adeptness in fast-paced settings
