Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Warehouse and Showroom Assistant to join our team at our Eumemmerring location.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, and dispatching online orders, assisting walk-in customers in our retail showroom, and maintaining both the Warehouse and Showroom spaces in pristine condition.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment, demonstrates exceptional communication skills, and operates with speed and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently pick, pack, and dispatch online orders with accuracy and care, ensuring speed in task completion.
• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience with clear and effective

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Warehouse and Showroom areas.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock management.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information on products and services with excellent communication skills.
• Assist in setting up displays and ensuring the showroom is presentable.
• Work swiftly to manage tasks and customer needs effectively, demonstrating a high level of efficiency in all activities. Requirements:
• Proven experience in dispatching online orders and customer service.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging positively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Physical ability to lift and move stock as needed, with speed and efficiency.
