We are currently recruiting for Chefs with a proven track record of excellence. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about serving good, honest food.
As a Chef/Head Chef, You will be responsible for
- Achieving and Managing KPIs and targets
- Play a vital role in managing kitchen operations, including staff rostering and food costings.
- Ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality culinary creations.
- Work efficiently under pressure, maintaining attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the other Chefs and Management to develop and refine menus.
- Uphold high standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in a similar role. You will be available Monday - Friday with weekend work as required. You will also demonstrate:-
- Proven experience as a Chef, particularly in a high-volume environment.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Sound knowledge of rostering and cost management.
- Ability to consistently produce high-quality food.
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team.
