About the role
- Assisting in planning menus and ordering food supplies
- Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures
- Explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations
- Lead, train, and mentor junior staff
- Consistency in product quality and presentation
- Planning menus and costing of food production
- Chef de Partie must be able to manage own section, and assist other sections
About you

Naturally, your previous years with the kitchen, will come highly regarded. As will the following:
- Availability to work varying shift times i.e., days, evenings, weekends
- Ability to work efficiently both independently as well as part of a team
- Professional, outgoing, "can do" attitude and take pride in your work
- Keen eye for presentation, attention to detail, passion for food and drive for career progression
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Understanding of cost control, menu planning and food costs
- Commis Chef/Demi Chef - Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Chef de Partie - Previous experience or minimum 15 months as Demi Chef
- 1 year experience working in a fast-paced kitchen (Apprentice positions will considered for the right candidate)
