AddressOur pearling operation is extensive with farming operation stretched over more than 2000 kilometres between the Cobourg Peninsula in the Northern Territory to as far as Exmouth in Western Australia. These farms are positioned amongst some of the Australia’s most spectacular coastline and unique marine environments. The Paspaley Family has been harvesting from these waters for over 70 years.
The company has a number of land-based farms and vessel-based farms which can have from 10 to 50 crew members working and living together at any one time.
We look for those who are keen and willing to learn and are willing to put in 100% effort. As you will be required to live and work in a close environment, you need to be tolerant towards others around you.
