We have two positions available.
We are seeking experienced two Chefs de Partie to work in the Pasta/Risotto and Mains/Grill Sections at our busy restaurant serving modern Italian and casual cuisine at Southbank/CBD. The location is easily accessed by public transport.
We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Chefs to join our busy team.
These positions report directly to the Head Chef.
Experience will include: extensive food and product knowledge, provision of consistent quality and presentation in a fast paced high volume environment, ability to work under pressure at times, working within a team and minimum 3 years experience working in the Pasta/Risotto and/or Mains/Grill section of the kitchen.
The positions are 5 shifts worked over a 7 day roster which may be lunch and/or dinner service including on weekends and public holidays.
