Your new company 

Hays Office Support are currently working with a professional services firm based in Adelaide CBD to recruit an EA/Office Manager position.
 

Your new role 

  • EA/PA to the MD
  • Email and calendar management
  • Drafting of communications to clients
  • Management of 5 administration staff
  • Direct point of contact for building maintenance
  • Dealing with Government bodies

What you'll need to succeed 

  • Previous experience within professional services

  • Previous experience managing staff

  • Ability to work 8.45am-5.15pm, salaried position
  • Professional presentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
