Chefs | The Collaroy The Venue Welcome to The Collaroy, a laidback eatery serving freshly shucked oysters, wood-fired pizza with a beachside backdrop you’ll find hard to leave.
Come in for a bite to eat (we serve food from midday), and hang around for an afternoon drink on the outdoor terrace, while taking in sweeping northerly views across the peninsula. When it comes to our menu, there’s plenty to choose from – whether it’s a slice from Vinnie’s Pizza or a selection of delicious snacks to enjoy with wine in hand. We are all about keeping things casual, but also offer table service at our upstairs restaurant, which is led by executive chef Jordan Toft.
