- Recognized Chef Qualification
- 2-3 years (Preferred) in Indian Nepalese Restaurant
Tasks & responsibilities
- Full responsibilities for the kitchen's daily operations
- Creating menus and developing new innovative recipes
- Ordering supplies and managing stocks in collaboration with the restaurant manager.
- Implementing and monitoring HACCP procedures and Health & Safety processes.
- Rostering and shift management.
- Managing all aspects of OH&S compliance
- Ability to work under pressure, while ensuring all food is prepared to sanitation guidelines.
- Supervise and instruct cooks and other employees in the preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation to meet the high standards.
