Our catering team is on the lookout for a passionate Cook to join our team based in our Aged Care Facility in Alstonville on a full-time basis.
You will ensure the provision of quality food and quality customer service that meets the individual needs of our residents. You will run a smooth service including meal prep, plating of meals, texture modifying meals and assist in menu design and development to name a few. We are big on compliance so we would expect you to follow that. And we are big on care: we want to look after our residents and our team.
ABOUT YOU
You are professional and energetic, and you are able to demonstrate:-
- A high regard for cleanliness and hygiene
- You are fast and efficient in undertaking duties
- You are a good communicator, reliable and punctual
- You thrive in a busy and fast paced environment
- You follow Instructions and procedures and
- You truly enjoy looking after people and want to be part of a supportive team
You will also be willing to:
- To apply for your NDIS Workers Clearance.
- Be vaccinated to meet Compliance for the Aged Care Sector.
