About the Role:
This is a key leadership role with significant impact on company direction and customer engagement. Part of our developing Senior Leadership Team, we promise an environment that values strategic vision, customer-centric innovation, and collaborative success. You will be provided with a platform to influence product development, ensuring excellence in every aspect of our customer’s experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the executive voice for customer needs, ensuring their perspectives are integral to our business strategy.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies that foster customer loyalty and drive business growth.
About You:
You will be a seasoned and senior leader of people in the marketing and / or sales discipline. You’ll have deep knowledge of the Food and / Beverage Manufacturing Sector, its customers, and major players.
You will bring a strong track record of driving customer-centric initiatives that grow revenue, open up opportunities and supports the team delivering the work.
Finally, you’ll have exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to excellence that you are prepared to utilise within our business. Is this you?
