Service NSW (SNSW) is seeking a visionary Chief Digital Officer to lead our world-class, customer centric service delivery organisation. As the spearhead of innovation and digital evolution, this role offers a unique opportunity to enhance the way the community access, experience and interact with government services.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a pivotal role providing supportive and strategic direction across diverse portfolios of Service NSW Products achieving objectives for the organisation and NSW Government. Most importantly you will ensure an organisational culture which embraces change and innovation, drives continuous development and improvement to enhance key operational functions of digital delivery.

SNSW is a truly unique organisation which will allow you to engage with every corner of the NSW Community where you will have the support to develop innovative solutions that ensure the NSW government is seen as a trusted entity that delivers innovative, customer focused and intuitive solutions to everyday needs.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior executive with extensive ideas about the role of technology in transforming Government services and is looking for a challenge building some of the most important platforms in the country.

To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for innovation, problem-solving and the ability to navigate complexities to drive forward-thinking solutions. You will have a proven record of accomplishment in crafting and executing digital strategies, transforming cultures, and enabling change.

Your technical background, exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills will be highly desired to effectively bring stakeholders together and work towards our digital customer vision.

Service NSW (SNSW) is an agency within DCS (Department of Customer Service) and is a one-stop shop of solutions that offer simpler and faster access to government transactions through their digital channels, a 24/7 phone service, and an expanding network of service centres.

SNSW partners with over 50 government and non-government agencies to offer over 1,200 NSW Government services such as the Cost- of- Living program, Active and Creative Kids, drivers' licences, vehicle registration renewals, applications for birth certificates, Seniors Cards, Housing NSW payments, fines, contractor licences and many more.
