Job Description:
We're on the hunt for an experienced, creative Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our team on a part-time basis, transitioning to a full-time role within 2 months. This position demands a unique blend of marketing prowess and a flair for content creation, aimed at enhancing our brand's digital footprint and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft and execute innovative marketing strategies in line with our business objectives.
Produce engaging YouTube videos and short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Host and produce client-centric podcasts, necessitating travel for in-person interactions.
Lead and manage a team dedicated to content marketing.
Design and manage impactful paid advertising campaigns.
Amplify Predictable Marketing’s presence through your personal brand on digital and social media platforms.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in a senior marketing role, preferably within a similar industry.
Proven track record in content creation, especially in video and podcast production.
Skilled in team leadership and content marketing management.
Expertise in planning and executing paid ad campaigns.
Willingness to travel for client engagements.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Ready to transition to a full-time position within 2 months.
Authorisation to work in Australia.
