Our ideal candidate:

  • Is a highly motivated professional with broad knowledge of NDIS and the needs of supported Team Members who make up our workforce.
  • Is committed to the values of participation, equity, recognition, and excellence.
  • Experienced in leading the actions to source our supported workforce as we grow and prosper into the future.
  • Has a minimum of five (5) years experience in general management.

Candidates with lived experience of disability and the NDIS are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key aspects of the Chief Experience Officer role:

  • Developing and executing our value proposition to offer Waverley’s unique benefits to more participants.
  • Delivering and embracing the Waverley employee journey.
  • Manage our engagement with the NDIS and the TAC.
  • Work with all areas of Waverley to ensure a fulfilling working environment for our Supported Team Members ( NDIS participants).
  • Empower our teams to provide appropriate support, training and understanding.
  • Help create a positive and engaging Waverley community that will include families, guardians and carers. 
  • Ensure we are fully compliant with all aspects of NDIS regulation.
  • More importantly, make our employee experience FUN!
