An opportunity is available for a motivated and self-driven Administration Officer/Receptionist with a pro-active attitude to join our diverse team. This role is critical to our continued success, therefore it is important we find the right experienced candidate with the following skills:

• Pleasant demeanour and confident as the first point of contact when greeting customers over the phone and in person;
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to process and manage bookings, enquiries and process payments;
• Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Sound capability in using Xero Accounting Software;
• Sound capability in using Microsoft Office -Word, Excel and Outlook;
• Be responsible for the quality of work produced and its accuracy;
• Effective filing and document management;
• Assist with the preparation of invoicing and emailing;
• Daily ad-hoc reception duties;
• Work in a safe manner to fit in with our ethics and practices;
• Have pride in your work and environment;
• Willingness to help with other duties as required;
• Be on time and manage tasks specified;
• Be trustworthy;
• Be able to work both individually and within a team.
