Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and supporting the Executive Leadership Team executive team, you will manage a high performing team and lead, manage and develop the customer experience, marketing and communications, digital experience and digital innovation functions. You will manage a multi-million dollar marketing spend and develop strategic omni-channel marketing plans that enhance customer experience and drive acquisition and retention in support of key business objectives, increasing brand awareness and engagement to achieve strategic, budget and business planning targets. This multifaceted marketing will require a strong strategic and commercial capability with the capacity to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
We are seeking a high performing experience, customer or marketing practitioner with significant commercial experience and the ability to liaise successfully at executive and board level. You will have extensive experience in driving brand and communication strategies and will possess the ability to garner support from diverse stakeholder groups. Your experience may have been gained in consumer (B2C) and trade (B2B) marketing in large scale organisations or more specifically retail, service or FMCG where you have succeeded in driving outstanding business growth.
