All Aspects Recruitment & HR Services are filling positions in Tennant Creek NT. With a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Finance lead you will have experience in diverse organisation, with not-for-profit accounting including reporting to Boards and Executives.

Reporting to the Executive Manager Business Services, the Chief Financial Officer has primary responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and delivering the finance activities of the organisation, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and compliance. 

The position provides information to the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Leadership Group, Managers and the Board with high level information and assistance to make sound business decisions to meet strategic objectives.
 

The position is required to pro-actively build the skills of their team and the financial management skills of all Executive Managers and employees who manage programs and budgets. The Chief Financial Officer is to ensure and maintain robust and transparent financial management accountable to the Chief Executive Officer, Board, our members, and funding bodies.
