The role:
The CFO is a member of the CEO Group and works in collaboration with the CEO Group to ensure financial viability of the organisation and development and delivery of strategic and business plans. Ou will provide financial performance monitoring against strategic and operational plans and KPIs for the business and will also be responsible for strategic financial governance including reporting to the Finance Committee and the Board.
With 4 direct reports, you will build the Gateways Support Services culture and engagement of our people, through effective people leadership and management at both the team and individual level.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Minimum 15 years’ experience at senior management level.
- 5 years’ experience in a similar position in a comparable company.
- Strong leadership skills and proven ability to lead great teams, collaborate effectively and develop good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A high degree of analytical, numeracy and problem-solving skills and excellent commercial acumen.
- Strong technology skills with advanced skills in MS Office including advanced knowledge of formulas and financial modelling plus competence with online meeting platforms (MS Teams, Zoom, Google Meet).
- Superior attention to detail, organisational skills, and capabilities in terms of prioritising work and meeting deadlines.
- Strong initiative, enthusiasm, drive and problem solving skills.
