Key Responsibilities:
  
- Shape high-level strategy, personas, and business models to drive a scalable, user-centric approach.
- Establish and lead multiple product groups to achieve business objectives.
- Define structural frameworks and principles to foster a product-centric culture.
- Inspire and empower teams to deliver their best work, aligned with our mission.
- Drive consensus and alignment across stakeholders on product culture and roadmap.
- Provide guidance on product strategy and tactics, resolving tensions when needed.
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor product management talent across various product areas.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing leaders to define product positioning.
- Drive the formalized product process, from roadmap planning to testing plans.
  
Qualifications:
  
- 10+ years of senior product leadership experience in a product-led environment.
- 7+ years of direct Product Management experience at a Silicon Valley-style company.
- Proven track record of successfully launching products at scale.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and nurture high-performing product teams.
