About the role
The CFHN will be an integral part of the Brighter Beginnings team to support health and development assessments on 4 year olds within early childhood education settings. This role will be part of a MDT to support a holistic approach to screening and ongoing management of children with developmental vulnerabilities.
The wider Paediatrics, Child and Family Wellness team incorporates a number of services dedicated to improving the health outcomes of children and families within the Western NSW Local Health District.
