We are seeking a mature qualified educator, available Monday to Friday, who can work across all of our service types to fill a Permanent Part Time position.
Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services
- Availability to work a range of shifts within our opening hours of 6.45am - 6pm Monday to Friday
- Have a solid work ethic
- Be energetic, awesome and fun
- Able to work alone, prioritise tasks in an effective time frame (time management skills)
- Ability to multitask
- Actual understanding of curriculum planning, being able to implement it as well as think up re-directive activities off the top of your head
- High standard of personal presentation which is also reflective in cleaning tasks
- Ability to engage with children from 3-12 years of age
- Have passion for the Child Care industry and the job at hand, not just to turn up and be another number
Hourly rate will be in accordance with the Children’s Services Award 2010 and will depend on the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience. Applicants will also need a current working with children check, national police check and current First Aid & CPR certificates.
