- Monthly ADO
- WFH 2 days a week.
- Manage a case load of 7-8 families experiencing complex issues pertaining to abuse and neglect
- Use appropriate risk assessment and risk minimization tools when engaging children, young people and families
- Work collaboratively with clients to implement, monitor and review case plans
- Collaborate with other service providers to ensure appropriate services are being delivered
- Tailor support to families individual needs and deliver in-home services
- Document and create reports according to planned time frame
- Bachelor of Social Work, Social Sciences, Psychology or related field
- Minimum 1 year casework experience in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of Child Protection legislation
- Ability to produce clear and concise written documentation
- Current Working with Children's Check and Driver's License
