About Wattle Road Early Education Centre:
Wattle Road Early Education Centre is seeking a full-time passionate qualified Early Childhood Teacher.
Our centre is a 64 place private, family owned centre located in Brookvale in the Northern Beaches. You would be joining a strong, fun team that are passionate about Early Childhood and have strong relationships with the families and community.
Remuneration: $70,000 to $100,000 per year plus super on a full-time contract
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Early Childhood teaching recognised by ACECQA
- Have initiative, be a team player and able to collaborate with other educators
- Be able to work shifts between Monday to Friday 7 AM to 6:30PM in a full-time capacity (part-time hours also can be considered)
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis (or willing to obtain)
- Up to date Child Protection training
- Exceptional understanding of the National Quality Standards, Regulations and Early Years Learning Framework
- Previous experience in Early Childhood education and care setting
- Passionate about working with young children and providing exceptional care.

Day to day responsibilities:
- Preparation, implementation and evaluation of a developmentally appropriate program for individual children or groups
- Ensuring a safe environment is maintained for both staff and children.
- Ensuring that records are maintained accurately for each child in their care.
- Develop, implement and evaluate daily care routines.
- Adhere to services policies and procedures
- Liaise with families.
