⭐ Enjoys working in a team environment, building relationships with our current Educators
⭐ Reviewing documentation and analysing children's progression and development
⭐ Is a confident and active leader for the centre, mentoring and guiding educators with educational practices
⭐ Monitors all educators interactions to ensure they are in line with the EYLF and the 3 Steps standards
⭐ Develops strong relationships with our children and effectively communicates with their parents and carers
The important bits…
It's a requirement for our Educational Leaders to hold the following qualifications, experience & skills.
- ECT (Early Childhood Teacher) or Diploma in Children Services
- Minimum 1-2 years (or equivalent) demonstrated leadership experience as an Ed Leader
- Sound knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework
- Current First Aid Certificate/Asthma & Anaphylaxis
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A strong ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive culture within our centre
- Ability to plan and implement a quality, educational and child based program in line with the 3 Steps standards
- Demonstrated leadership ability with large teams
