Your responsibilities would include:
- Observe and evaluate; supporting our team with the development and progression of our programs
- Facilitate a physical environment that reflects the educational program
- Support the established relationships with families
- Foster the established collegiality of the team
- Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- Demonstrated knowledge of child development
- Knowledge of current trends in Early Childhood Education
- Adept with establishing and building relationships with parents and families
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and NQF
- Ability to develop warm and meaningful relationships with children
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral skills
- Current Working with Children Check
