The Role:
As an Enrolments Consultant, you will play a crucial role within our team, overseeing the enrolment process for a group of childcare centres. Your responsibilities will include engaging with families, addressing inquiries, scheduling childcare centre tours, maintaining thorough records, and providing indispensable administrative support to Centre Managers. It is essential to note that our approach is rooted in strategic customer service, and cold calling is not a component of this role.

What We're Looking For:

• A friendly and compassionate phone manner that lights up the room (or the phone line).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with care and navigate extensive databases like a pro.
• Strong customer service and administration skills, impeccable attention to detail, and excellent time management.
• Bring your creative ideas to the table – we value fresh perspectives that drive our business forward.
• Prior experience within the early childhood education sector or a background in call center sales/travel industry is highly desirable.
