Form of work Hunter Street Hospitality, is eagerly seeking motivated & experienced A La Carte Section Waiter who are passionate about food and wine, give incredible customer service and who want to work in a fast paced, elegant, and awarded restaurant.
We are a team of hospitality professionals and want to meet enthusiastic, likeminded people to join our dining group.
What we are looking for:
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Fine Dining A La Carte restaurant
- Have an articulated knowledge of Sequence of Service
- Have a passion for customer service
- Show high attention to detail
- Be punctual and reliable
- Demonstrate high presentation and grooming standards
- The ability to work as part of an energetic team
- Display an engaging personality
- Be professional, committed, and loyal
- Consistently display a positive "can do" attitude
- Tuesday to Saturday roster across Lunch and Dinner
- Hold a current NSW RSA Certificate
