To be successful, you must:

• Have completed a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childcare course
• Have a genuine love and passion for providing the best child care possible 
• Have excellent communication skills with the children, parents and staff members
• Hold a valid WWCC and first aid Cert (or willing to obtain)
