We deliver services across the ACT covering children, families, young people and seniors including disability, housing and mental health services.
For the first time in 4 years, we are currently seeking a passionate Children’s Services Enrolments Administrator who will be responsible to provide end-to-end enrolment services in line with the legal requirements ensuring that children are registered to attend the most appropriate childcare program. This role core business hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday with availability needed to fulfill.

- Permanent part-time appointment (up to 30 hours per week)
- Salary of WCS 5 $82,326.30 – $84,467.22 per annum (pro-rata) plus 11% superannuation

Experience and Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification and / or equivalent knowledge and experience
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Detail orientated with good problem-solving skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) to be able to interact positively with a variety of people.
- Sound organisation skills.
- Understanding of the workings of Government funded childcare programs, benefits and service.
- Demonstrated understanding of professional boundaries, privacy and confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to work with limited supervision.
