AddressThe opportunity exists for a fully qualified tradesman and/or 4th year apprentice to join an established air conditioning company who have been based in the St George area for over 50 years.
In this position you will be required to carry out maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of commercial air conditioning and chiller equipment through out the Sydney Metropolitan Area and country areas. This position would suit some one wanting to progress in the industry and have the opportunity to gain knowledge in the servicing and maintenance of chillers. Chiller experience preferable however training would be provided for the right applicant.
The right applicant will receive a fully maintained company vehicle, laptop, mobile phone and uniform
We require:
- Current drivers license
- Refrigerant handling license
- Sound knowledge and experience with commercial air conditioning maintenance and repairs including chillers
- Minimum experience 2-3 years
- Good communication skills
- Excellent fault finding skills
- Be reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Trade Qualified or 4th year apprentice
- Remuneration negotiable on experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Carry out maintenance, repairs and commissioning of chillers and air conditioning equipment throughout the Sydney Metro and NSW region, including breakdown repairs that may require working outside of normal business hours.
- Always maintain safe work practices.
- Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS / LICENCES
- Australian trade certificate in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning.
- Unrestricted Refrigeration Handling Licence (ARC).
- Valid full driver's licence.
- Current White Card
