Our CA's assist in the smooth day-to day operations of this busy chiropractic practice; provide unconditional support to the chiropractors and practice members, and contribute to the continued growth of this thriving company.
We are offering 20-25 hours per week.
Job tasks and responsibilities
This is a busy and varied role requiring a "switched on" individual who can take responsibility for all aspects of our reception/front office as well as active involvement in marketing and community outreach projects. Your first priority however, is to maintain exemplary client service - therefore the ability to develop rapport with people of all ages and stages of life is essential.
We also require solid computer skills; excellent problem solving capabilities; great initiative and a positive, 'can do' attitude. The successful candidate will also have a preference for working in a highly structured environment.
Skills and experience
Experience working in a Chiropractic office is not required. This role would suit individuals who have a background in the Health, Fitness and hospitality industries as well as those with a reception or admin background.

About the business
We are a husband and wife owned and run chiropractic office in Beverly Hills. We provide chiropractic care for people of all ages from newborn infants to seniors. The practice is a modern well established chiropractic office, we've been serving our community for over 5 years.
About the role
Your main tasks will include, greeting our clients, answering phones and scheduling appointments. There'll also be general admin duties and assisting with promotion and marketing of the practice and managing our social media accounts.
