We are looking for an organised Administration assistant /Receptionist to be responsible for our office's front desk duties. The successful applicant should be detail orientated and service driven.
Responsibilities include:
- greeting patients on arrival
- ensuring the waiting room remains in excellent condition
- scheduling appointments
- collecting and recording patients' personal information
- receiving and verifying payments, including health fund and Medicare payments.
- preparing treatment rooms prior to appointments
Requirements are:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Able to work autonomously within a team environment
- Able to follow prescribed procedures and routines
The position is for approximately 18 hours per week, typically 2pm-7:00pm Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Friday mornings (non negotiable). Experience is preferred, however training will be provided to the successful applicant.
