Welcome to Parade Chiropractic. We seek an enthusiastic, energetic and fun-loving Chiropractic Assistant who will be responsible as patient concierge as well as clerical functions within our vibrant, modern, family focused practice.
Your primary role will be as a check-in CA. Your primary focus is always patient flow, OSA (Originally Scheduled Appointments) and compliance. You will always be ready to receive the incoming patients, and instrumental in setting the patients expectations for their appointment (i.e.: scan, report, consult, x-ray and/or exam).
An outgoing and confident manner, whilst maintaining good empathy will be key.
We seek a professional, reliable team player with superior communication skills, including polished telephone manner, excellent time management and organisational skills and a high regard for positive, healthy living.
A willingness to learn and be trained in new procedures, and technical aspects of patient examination and assessment is required. Strong computer skills are a must, with a skillset in using Microsoft office, Gmail, and basic printing/scanning programs.
Most importantly, you will be playing an integral role in helping our patients regain their health and vitality. Therefore, you must be a compassionate and caring 'people' person.

In return, you would be supporting a highly committed, enthusiastic and generous Chiropractor, dedicated to serving the local community, with over 13 years’ experience.
For the successful applicant, there is also a Chiropractic health care package provided, as well as plenty of opportunity for personal and professional growth. Fully paid training is provided in an inspiring and encouraging environment.
This is a casual position of approx. 15-20 hours per week with some early starts and late finishes. Someone who is flexible to work extra shifts when required is preferred. The successful candidate will be paid an hourly rate of between $25-$35 per hour, depending on your skill set and experience.
Each shift is approximately 5 hours. There will be the occasional weekend event, that you will be required to help with. Our clinic opening hours (you will not be working all these hours) are:
Monday 7:30am-11:30am and 3:00pm - 7:00pm
Tuesday 7:30am-11:30am and 3:00pm - 7:00pm
Thursday 7:30am-11:30am and 3:00pm - 7:00pm
Payscale is based on Pay Guide - Health Professionals and Support Services Award 2010 [MA000027] guide but willing to pay above recommendations based on experience.
