Our brand new, purpose-built Chiropractic practice in Modbury is thriving and our team is expanding as we serve more and more people and families every week.  We are rapidly growing! 

Your role will include welcoming patients and practice members as they arrive and facilitating a truly remarkable experience for all visitors to our space. Specifically, you will be greeting patients face to face and over the phone, coordinating a very busy and high volume appointment book for our Chiropractors, handling money and payments, following up marketing and social media leads, and once you are competent and confident you will be trained to engage one-on-one with patients in assisting our Chiropractors with patient assessments and progress reports.

 The following skills are noteworthy:

• you must be a strong communicator and comfortable working with new people every day 
• able to work in a high-pace environment and adaptable to change, while working seamlessly with your team and contributing to productivity 
• computer and online skills are important 
• you will need to be open and accepting of constructive feedback as we train frequently and regularly to continue to sharpen our skills of service 
• open to working with scripts to facilitate understanding and competence within our practice management systems 

This role is for 30 - 38 hours per week depending on your availability and capacity to work. You absolutely have to be available for earlier than usual starts and later than usual finishes. Our typical opening hours are 7am - 11am and 2pm - 7pm to accomodate our patient's schedules and needs. If you cannot work these shifts please do not apply.
