Montague Road 7 Day Medical Centre is looking for a Registered Nurse to join our team.  We are specifically looking for a Chronic Disease Nurse who will work 4 days per week.

We have 7 General Practitioners, 1 Nurse and 4 Reception Staff.

We are located in the leafy inner suburb of West End in Brisbane.

We are looking for:

• Registered Nurse
• Has previous experience in General Practice 
• Experience in Care Plans/Health Assessments etc
• Team fit
• Able to work independently 
• Caring Nature
