The Day Spa by Chuan is a lavish underground sanctuary with a focus on providing the ultimate spa journey for all guests. We offer an array of bespoke and luxurious treatments with a holistic approach to Health, Fitness, and Wellness. The Langham, Sydney's renowned 20m indoor heated pool with pale stone columns and a star-dappled sky ceiling completes the ultimate oasis.
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Spa & Body Therapists who will lead by example, demonstrate outstanding customer service skills and thrive on teamwork to ensure the growth of the department.
The successful applicants will have:
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Massage Therapy
- Outstanding technical skills in massage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and outstanding customer service skills
- Attention to detail, flexibility and reliability.
- Committed to your profession and focused on connecting with your client.
- Possessing a high standard of grooming and personal presentation
- The ability to be proactive in terms of re-booking/upselling and retailing.
- Experience in similar position within an international 5-star hotel or luxury resort is preferred.
- 2-5 years or more experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
- Spa reception background would be an advantage.
