Your Role:To ensure the three underwriting service teams deliver their respective underwriting and service objectives in a consistent and effective manner and in doing so enhance Chubb's relationship and reputation with brokers.
Your Responsibilities:- Establishing plans and strategies for developing effective broker service and support
- Implement broker feedback processes including NPS monitoring
- Implement the underwriting strategies for the respective lines of business
- Prepare and update monthly reporting against key business metrics
- Monitoring individual and team performance against key metrics
- Resource management including effective recruitment and retention strategies
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder management and communication with key functions e.g. distribution
- Responsible for budget management including head count control
Qualifications:- 10 years' experience in managing an underwriting service team
- People Management - Experience in leading and managing groups of people
- Customer Service - Ability to understand the principles of excellent customer service plus the ability to deliver agreed service levels and monitor service metrics
- Process Improvement - Experience in developing and adapting processes to support the required levels of service
- Data management - Ability to understand and manage data relating to service metrics, resource planning and monthly results monitoring
- Product knowledge - Broad understanding of P & C products
