SEEKING: We are looking for a creative, innovative Digital Marketing Manager who shares our love for food. In this role, you will oversee a team including a developer, designer, and videographer to produce exceptional creative content and ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Digital Marketing strategies aligned with social campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day digital and social media assets.
- Drive customer traffic to stores and online platforms through targeted marketing strategies.
- Lead end-to-end digital strategy development and execution, encompassing Google Ads, paid media, SEO, CRM, and aggregator marketing.
- Manage the Digital Marketing budget, providing detailed reporting on campaign performance.
- Manager internal developers and designers to optimize the website for improved CRO
- Work alongside external SEO agencies to enhance web traffic and search engine rankings.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Tertiary qualifications with at least 2+ years of full-time marketing experience, ideally in an agency or combined in-house role.
- Proven track record in social media management, content creation, copywriting, community management, and reporting across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in social media data analytics tools.
- Experience in managing and optimizing digital and social ad campaigns (boosting and dark ads).
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads and Google PPC.
- Technological leadership skills with awareness of CRM, website, e-commerce, digital, and social media trends and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
