We are seeking and experienced Administrator for up to 20 hours per week, 5-6 months, casual employment in the region of Forbes?

We manage a number of corporate scale agricultural assets across Queensland, New South Wales, & Vanuatu with a broad spectrum of cropping activities from irrigated summer crops to winter dryland cereal cropping and livestock. Our client has been at the forefront, developing skilled people in permanent crop developments leading the step change in this industry class with developments encompassing Citrus, Kiwifruit, Almond & Pistachio’s.
The Role:
‘Immediate Start’.
We are seeking an ‘on farm’ administrator to record daily operations in the Citrus Picking Harvest. The Orchard is supported by both Lachlan River water & ground water, and currently boasts a highly productive yield. The Orchard annually exceeds 10,000 tonnes of citrus produced across three varieties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working at the Orchard to recording daily picking numbers along with payroll timesheets for 50+ workers.
- Communicating payroll data to the Payroll Department.
- Assisting the Orchard Manager to co-ordinate day to day administration tasks of the orchard to ensure operational timelines are met.
What we need from You:
- Previous experience working in an orchard or general administration is highly desirable.
- High attention to detail.
- Well organised with excellent time management skills.
- Passion for new technologies, along with experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Own vehicle and current drivers licence is essential.
