We're looking for an experienced and highly organised Administrator to Join a leading and forever growing Tree and Vegetation Contractor across NSW that offer plenty of perks, Including an on-site gym, heaps of training, a long standing team to lean on and hands on managers to feel supported by.The role is working closely with the Maintenance Manager, and being the admin point of contact for Mechanics in-house and across other depots ensuring things are up to date, kept on top of and entered into the system accurately. This role will have you reporting, following up and chasing the information you need. There may be an odd job or errand they will get you to do too, supporting the team where needed.
What we are looking for:- Strong attention to detail, someone who is great with updating and entering information into the system
- The ability to build strong relationships and collaborate well with a warm and helpful nature
- Amazing communication skills
- MS Office skills and experience working within databases
- Someone who is happy to wear multiple hats and jump in where needed
