This role is at the heart of our efforts to support community-led events and organise memorable civic functions and ceremonies.
Working closely with the Office of the CEO and other key stakeholders, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating a diverse range of events that bring our community together, including Civic Ceremonies and Function including Civic Receptions, Citizenship Ceremonies, Official Openings, Walk of Fame ceremonies, and the Annual Australia Day Awards.
Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure these events run seamlessly.
What we want from you
You will be a self-driven individual and able to work autonomously, but also willing pitch in as part of the team to get the job done! The successful candidate will be customer focused, possess strong admin skills and will be solutions focused. We are looking for someone who has a background liaising with community groups and organisations or facilitating community led events, providing guidance and support to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Salary ranges between $76,988 to $83,321
