THE ROLE:
• Manage and coordinate activities performed by personnel on site
• Provide advice, guidance and support to internal and external contractors
• Provide leadership, guidance and direction to drive safe work behaviours
• Assist in the preparation of reports for management and clients
• Identify improvement opportunities with regular leadership interaction
REQUIREMENTS:
• Section 44 or Schedule 26 essential
• HR Drivers Licence and Construction White Card
• Demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• Good communication and negotiating skills
