AddressHampton Mining & Civil is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join their team. This is a local position from Merredin or Southern Cross commencing immediately (Monday to Friday).
About the role:
The purpose of this role is to provide a high level of administration, reception and support services to all site based employees, visitors and management to ensure the site office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist management with day to day administration tasks;
- Work closely with Managers to ensure hours and records are kept up to date;
- Maintain daily production data entry, fuel, equipment defects, hours and supervisor data;
- Raise purchase requisitions as required;
- Maintain client files as required (relating to specific site access and personnel details);
- Assisting in the mobilisation and demobilisation of personnel and machinery to site;
- Compile statistic reports for management;
- Ensure site rosters and schedules are up to date;
- Coordinate supplies - delivery to and from sites;
- File training and HR records for all employees, visitors and contractors.
- Initially a 3month position with opportunity to extend.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role;
- Pronto experience preferred;
- Excellent written and communication skills and attention to detail;
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong business relationships (both internal and external);
- Highly organised with ability to be flexible in managing competing deadlines;
- Excellent computer skills (including Word and Excel);
- Demonstrated ability to enter data in a timely, efficient and very accurate manner;
- Excellent self-management, a good work ethic as well as the ability to work to deadlines;
- The ability to work in a team environment without supervision.
Successful candidates will have to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen and produce a current National Police Clearance.
