Civil Construction Workers (Blue Collar)

D4C is a consortium comprising of John Holland, Service Stream Maintenance. D4C will provide long term employment opportunities to diversify the skills of the people of the southern region of Sydney as well as creating pathways to enter the water industry.

These positions offer job security with 6.5 years remaining of a 10 year term and the potential to extend further.

What are we looking for?

We have roles on a number of different projects including renewals of mechanical, electrical and civil water and wastewater network assets for Sydney Water across the South Region.

You will be in crews of 5-20 people and must be committed to fostering a positive culture, have experience working safely, protecting the environment as well as experience working around live services and following SWMS/JHAs.

Extra training and upskilling is provided.

Positions:

• Civil Leading Hands - Must have previous experience 
• Experienced Skilled Labourers - Confined Space is essential 
• Skilled Excavator Operators - Previous experience in trenching, shoring, back filling 

All applicants must have an NSW White Card & NSW Drivers Licence (truck drivers must have minimum MR licence & operators must have Statement of Attainment)

To be considered for these positions you must have recent working experience on construction/civil projects.

Applicants will be required to successfully complete a pre-employment drug, alcohol & physical test, Police Check & provide 2 x referees.
