Civil Design Drafter

Job Description:

Due to the growth in securing and delivering large-scale substations, transmission line and BESS projects we have an opportunity for a Civil Design Drafter to join our team and be responsible for the delivery of engineering drawings alongside our Senior Civil Engineer. You will work on projects in all phases of delivery e.g. Tender, ECI, Execution, Commissioning and Close-out and have a strong focus to deliver within the agreed scope, timeframe, budget, quality and safety standards.
ABOUT YOU

• Engineering Diploma (Civil) or similar, with min. 5 years' experience producing Civil Design deliverables in the power systems industry
• Experience with design software such MicroStation, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 12D.
• Key Contributor to quality process, design reviews and Safety in Design
• Experience with the design and drafting of detailed transmission & substation civil drawings such as:

• Bench Bulk Earthworks
• Cut and Fill Optimisation
• Pavement and Material BOQ's
• Access Tracks and Roads
• Drainage Catchment Volumes
• Drainage Pit and Pipes IL's
• Oil Containment Design
• Fire Hydrant and Rainwater Reticulation
• Septic Tank and Wastewater Specifications
