Summary
Civil Designer to work with local government departments to design & plan street lighting, drainage, and civil infrastructure projects. Investigate application plans and provide support and advice to the technical teams for the City of Belmont.
Skills & Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree Civil Design or Civil Engineering Australian recognised
- Previous experience with design for drainage and main road works
- Experienced knowledge of civil design and drafting standards
- Extensive experience; AutoCAD, Civil 3D and other design packages
- Interpret and apply Australian legislation, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills to deal with key stakeholders
- Ongoing work, with future extensions
- Working on local government projects south of the river
- Paid weekly based on 38hrs per week
