Working within a varied role you will be responsible for:
- Preparing and lodging superannuation, long service leave, ATO reporting and lodging PAYG, BAS, and IAS
- Managing profit and loss statements, performing bank reconciliations and resolving end-of-month rollovers
- process payments for Subcontractors and suppliers
- Handling accounts payable, and processing payroll as needed
- Prepare preliminary contracts for subcontractors and suppliers
- Liasing with key stakeholders
- 4+ years of experience working in a similar role within the Civil construction industry preferred
- Must have experience with Payroll/ATO/BAS/IAS/PAYG
- Accounts Payable experience
- Proactive with high attention to detail and the willingness to learn
- Ability to meet deadlines
