About the role:

Due to expansion in  Western Australia, we are seeking CQA Engineering and technician/s to join our team. Applicants will be considered from other states based on experience and encouaged to apply. Accommodation and travel will be provided by company. 

This role encompasses:

• Rostered work on semi-remote projects (accommodation and travel provided); 
• Assessment of Geosynthetic (BGM, HDPE, LLDPE, GCL, Geotextile, Geocomposite) progressive installation.
• Prioritise work load to meet submission deadlines as part of a dynamic team.
• Provide Civil and Geosynthetic CQA data collation to project teams for start-up  to close-out of projects.
• Assist with the management of Process Control Forms and Inspection and Test Plans;
• Basic survey of HDPE liner installations. (training provided) 
• Compile and/or review Project Completion Reports (MDR’s) for projects
• Exposure niche industry leaders in Geosynthetic research and development. 

The candidate requires the following has/is;

• Preferred but not essential Tertiary qualifications – Diploma or higher in Engineering, Environmental or similar related field
• Experienced Lining Technicians with CQA and a background in BGM and HDPE lining will considered for the role also. 
• Experience in fast paced  construction of geosynthetic lined waste cells/caps, evaporation ponds, Brine storage ponds, Mining tailing stacks and dams.
• CQA Supervision of Geosynthetic lining projects 
• GCI-ICP certification for Construction Quality Assurance in Geosynthetic and Compacted clay liners would be beneficial but not essential.
• A strong sense of commitment and willingness to learn
• Basic level of AutoCad knowledge or willing to learn. 
• A Valid Construction White Card
• A Valid Driver’s License
• Min 2 years’ civil or construction site experience
