In their on-going pursuit of more success, they are seeking a competent CIVIL ESTIMATOR to join their Perth estimating team.About The Role
This permanent CIVIL ESTIMATOR role will see you based in their Perth office in a nice western suburbs location, where you will join a high-quality estimating and management team to focus on preparing “first-principle” estimates using CANDY estimating software . You will lead pricing for civils projects that will typically be a mix of minesite or gas project civils, roads & earthworks projects. These projects will typically be valued up to $30M so ideally you will have previously priced similar civil estimates up to this value for other civil contractors in similar sectors. The successful CIVIL ESTIMATOR will also provide pricing input to tender documents, help prepare tender deliverables, and add input to construction tender programs. A lucrative salary is on offer CIRCA $150-200K Base + Super (*Flexible based on experience).
Skills & Experience And Other Requirements
Approximately 5+ years’ as ESTIMATOR for civil contractors in Australia Proven “first principle” estimating experience using CANDY estimating software High level competence using Microsoft applications and quantity take-off software Successful track record pricing winning bids for industrial earthworks projects in the mining and energy sectors, road infrastructure and remote civil projects in Australia Strong attention to detail with excellent literacy and numeracy Effective interpersonal communication skills, ability to work autonomously, and high levels of energy and motivation Currently Perth based with existing rights to live and work in Australia Benefits Perth Subiaco Office, Parking provided Financially Secure Civil Contracting Business Wonderful Salary CIRCA $150-200K Base + Super!
