Civil Estimator / Co-ordinator Mining Industry Opportunity Graduate Opportunity FIFO (Ex ADL) opportunity working a 5/2 - 4/3 roster MPS Group are currently seeking a Civil Estimator / Co-ordinator to join our busy and dynamic team to work within Olympic Dam, Roxby Downs and surrounding areas. Qualifications & Experience: · Degree in Civil Engineering or Equiv. (or demonstrated experience in a similar capacity) · Experience at Olympic Dam or in Civil Construction is advantageous · Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite · Valid Drivers Licence Key skills to include: · Ability to quantify and quote a diverse range of small to medium civil projects · Coordinate multiple work schedules across several workfronts · Coordinate labour and material resources · Prepare job work packages for workgroups · Ordering of materials as required · Prepare and manage forecasted job schedules · Liaise with all key stakeholders, external and internal relating to project requirements · Ability to read, understand and interpret scope of work, plans and specifications · Knowledge and understanding of computers and Microsoft packages · Exceptional time management and organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines · High level of communication skills and ability to converse across a range of stakeholders including Clients and suppliers This is a fantastic entry level or growth opportunity to enter the mining industry in a supportive, development focused environment with real, long term progression opportunities.
